Weather Seal Exterior Emulsion is a 100% water-based paint formulated with Styrene Acrylic Copolymer Emulsion and Rutile Titanium Dioxide, making it ideal for dry climates with its resistance to cracking and smooth matt finish. It dries quickly and offers an anti-fungal, scrub-resistant surface. Coverage varies based on surface condition, preparation, application skill, weather, and dilution.

Application Instructions: Clean and dry new surfaces, removing efflorescence. For previously painted areas, remove loose material and clean. Apply 1-2 coats of Weatherseal Exterior Primer before applying the topcoat. Dilute paint with 400-500 ml water per liter for brush or roller application, or 1 liter of water for a self-priming coat. Allow 4-6 hours of drying time between coats.
