Weather Seal Exterior Emulsion is a 100% water-based paint made with Styrene Acrylic Copolymer Emulsion and Rutile Titanium Dioxide, offering a smooth matt finish that is ideal for dry climates due to its cracking resistance. It dries quickly and provides an anti-fungal, scrub-resistant surface. Coverage varies depending on surface condition, preparation, application skill, weather, and dilution. For brush application, a single coat on a new surface covers 9-10 sqm, while two coats cover 4.5-5.5 sqm for new surfaces and 5.5-6 sqm for old surfaces. For roller application, one coat covers 9-10 sqm on new surfaces and 10-11 sqm on old surfaces, with two coats covering 5-6 sqm on new surfaces and 7-8 sqm on old surfaces.

Application Instructions: Clean and dry new surfaces, removing efflorescence. For previously painted areas, remove loose material and clean. Apply 1-2 coats of Weatherseal Exterior Primer before the topcoat. Dilute paint with 400-500 ml water per liter for brush or roller application, or 1 liter of water for a self-priming coat. Allow 4-6 hours of drying time between coats.
